Since 2013, Alishia Hollington, Program Director Disability Services at Taproot, has been dedicated to supporting people with diverse abilities, helping them build fulfilling lives and reach their full potential. Her journey has taken her through employment preparation, residential homes, and community access, giving her a deep understanding of the unique strengths and needs of those she supports.

Since joining Taproot Community Support Services in 2018, Alishia has led with a person-first approach. She encourages her teams to see the whole person, not just their challenges. She fosters inclusive, supportive environments where individuals can thrive and gain independence.
