Creating a Safe Space for Emotional, Spiritual, and Mental Health
At Taproot Community Support Services, our team of experienced consultants specialize in mental health and trauma support services addressing various complex issues. Through collaborative practice, our specialized services team supports Taproot staff working with children, youth, families, and individuals. We offer mentorship through psychoeducation, tailored clinical consultation services, modelling, community connection, and staff support. Our approach is individualized, strength-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based bio-psycho-social-cultural practices.
