Anna is a Program Manager with Taproot, supporting the Strong Families Vegreville and St. Paul programs, along with the Caring Families and Family Resilience programs in Vegreville. She joined Taproot in February 2018, beginning her journey as a frontline Family Support Worker before moving into a leadership role.

Anna holds a Master of Science in Human Ecology with a specialization in Aging, as well as a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Psychology and Biology. She has also completed a certification in Contemplative End of Life Care. Her background in Human Ecology shapes her interdisciplinary approach, grounding her work in curiosity, reflection, and an appreciation for multiple perspectives in decision-making.

Deeply connected to the Ukrainian community, Anna has been involved with the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village, the Kule Folklore Centre, and other local community organizations. She approaches both work and life with an open mind and heart, valuing lifelong learning, self-reflection, and the relationships that shape meaningful support.
