Since beginning her career in the social service field in 1998, Darlene’s career has been defined by her passionate commitment to enhancing family support programs and developing strategic initiatives that have significantly impacted community services. As the Program Manager, she continues to lead with a focus on collaboration and innovative solutions. Outside of her professional endeavours, she loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and enjoys music, singing, and exploring new crafts like crocheting.
