David is an owner and partner at Creative Therapy Consultants, where he played a key role in the organization’s transition to employee ownership. He completed his Occupational Therapy degree in Australia and began his career in rural acute hospital and rehabilitation settings before relocating to Kelowna, Canada. Since then, he has worked with Interior Health and in private practice, building strong professional and community relationships.

David is also a partner in an investment company with interests in food and beverage businesses and commercial real estate across British Columbia, and has served as Board Chair for the Seniors Outreach Society. He brings a values-driven approach to leadership, with a strong focus on ethics, integrity, and sustainable organizational growth.
