Kristina has nearly a decade of experience in child and youth care. She has worked in a range of leadership roles across youth-focused services, including residential care, youth health services, and community-based programming, supporting young people with complex needs.

Of Anishinaabe ancestry and a member of Lake St. Martin First Nation, Kristina is committed to advancing culturally grounded, trauma-informed support for Indigenous youth and families. Her work is rooted in building strong relationships, supporting meaningful outcomes, and creating space for young people to feel seen, supported, and connected.
