With over 14 years of experience in the disability sector, Ndikum Tashi, Program Director at Taproot Community Support Services in Fort McMurray, is committed to creating environments where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to thrive. He leads the Diverse Abilities Program, ensuring individuals receive the personalized support they need to live fulfilling lives.

Tashi holds a Diploma in Social Services and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, equipping him with the expertise to navigate the complexities of disability support. A strong leader with a deep understanding of the unique needs of the people he serves, he works to ensure that every person’s vision for their life is honoured and supported.
